Mit drei Gitarristen und einem Schlagzeuger kreieren NI aus Linz hochkomplexe, polyrhythmische Instrumentalmusik. Ihr experimenteller Rock-Crossover vereint Einflüsse von Free Jazz, Space-Rock-Drones, Bossa Nova und Musique concrète.
Die Gruppe wurde 2006 gegründet, hat vier Alben veröffentlicht und ist mehrfach durch Europa getourt. Bekannt für ihre theatralische Bühnenpräsenz treten NI in ständig wechselnden Outfits auf.

With three guitarists and a drummer, NI create highly complex, polyrhythmic instrumental music. Their experimental rock crossover blends influences from free jazz, space-rock drones, bossa nova, and musique concrète.
The group was founded in 2006, has released four albums and has toured across Europe multiple times. Known for their theatrical stage presence, NI perform in constantly changing costumes.
